bad news

got into bit of an accident this evening on my way back from tru2chevys house...car is pretty ****ed up...new front and rear bumpers, lights, probably 3 of 4 new 1/4 panels will be needed...car runs like a champ though lol. Hopefully it still will after having to sit at a tow yard overnight till i get it to my friends shop. Hopefully he'll be able to help me out we'll see i guess...my stock paint is mystic teal metallic so im not sure how much thats gonna effect the bottom line of this deal...maybe i can work in some flames er something lol i dunno im a lot shaken up at the moment. FWIW it was a deer that caused teh accident...hopefully my insurance wont drop me NJM

if the car's totalled you'll just have to swap the drivetrain into a 71 vette and give it to me for $8

hey! I already got dibs on motor!!

This is just another reason why all cars should be equiped with twin .50cals behind the headlights and radar in the nose.

Sounds like you have given this a lot of thought. That kinda scares me.

Not really. I did think about adding a 12 guage shot gun to shoot down the birds that just LOVE to drop a few drops of "love" on my hood, roof, hatch, etc etc. That, or just tell my boss that Im not parking over by the bird pond. 8)

Damn Bill, sorry to hear that but glad to hear you're okay. Tonight I had NO idea about your car, I just read it now on the board. Sorry for asking for that CD the way I did, I didn't know, honest.
Good luck with the repairs if that's the case.

Hey, throwing out an idea...

You have all these LS1 parts right? All these parts that YOU paid for with your hard work and time? You spent all that time trying to get everthing to work just the way you wanted. If you are gunna spend 30k for a car, why not get a GTO? They are giving 2k off sticker by me. Keep the LS1 parts, and you get an awesome car!

Just an idea... 8)
