anyone have access to a lift?

i want to install a downpipe on my cobalt and would like extra room working on it. the angle/height make getting the stock downpipe off a pain unless the car is up in the air. i was wondering if anyone has access to a lift that i could use. i would obviously compensate a lil. If not, any know of a shop that would do it on the cheaper side? I found 2 places that would do it, but wanted to charge me 2 to 3 hrs of labor for 30 minutes of work..haha its for my cobalt sedan.
