General Start-Up Question

Now this can go for anything, but this is a problem Ive been having with old LT1.

I ran regular 89 octane for alittle bit only because I was doing ALOT of highway driving, and it shouldnt really matter since its at a constant RPM for a constant time, doesnt need to burn alot of octane.

But about a weak after I started using Regular 89 (from the same gas station) My car had start-up problems. It usually took at least 2 trys to get the car running. Its very akward, and it just started. Well I went back to using Super 93 and it still continued. It does it less frequently as it did before. So I figured it was bad gas, so I went to another station. So this week its a fresh tank of Super 93 from another station. And now it sometimes only catches on the first turn of the key.

Now my question is, could it be also connected to :
A: Bad Starter
B: Bad Gas
C: Bad VATS (GM Key Security System)
D: Over-Due Oil Change
E: Over-Due Spark Plug & Wires Change
F: Bad Opti

What does the car do when you try to start it? Click, nothing, cranks but doesn't catch, cranks slowly?

well it tries to start, but it just doesnt actually start the car. usually takes two turns of the key to get it to turn on. After some thought I relized its a combination of poor spark. I have to change the spark plugs & wires, badly.
