Where to get flywheel resurfaced?
i have an LT1 flywheel i need to get resurfaced, anyone with any suggestions as to where to go? preferably in northern NJ. Thanks in advance.

Also, RBC Auto Parts does them, right over in Closter (maybe it's Demarest?). My friend at Demarest Service Center has used them a few times with good results.

steve, thanks, i just dropped off 2 flywheels at RBC, they are actually in tenafly, lol. but still thats only like 5 minutes from me. its costing $40 each to do, and i can pick them up around 4:30.

$40 sounds kinda expensive...we do it here cheaper than that i think. but since you already dropped em off, oh well

i heard the average is like $30, but for 10 bucks more each, i didnt really care. i just wanted to get it done, and mainly to make sure i didnt need to replace one of them.
matt, maybe you should have replied like over a week ago when i first posted, lol.

I agree. Its a mile down the road from me and I hear they do really great work. But since u already got it done, my 2 cents doesnt count today
