K&N dyno says the Hellcat engine is underrated and makes at the crank 722hp,672tq ( advertised 707hp,650tq )

That is operating on an assumption. I wouldn't doubt it puts out a few HP more than rated though.

It did for the srt neons. Stated crank hp was actually at the wheels when tested from multiple sources.

On Yahoo News, they had an article that stated on a Chrysler dyno, the car was pulling 825 hp.
