The z28 with certain circumstances. What if you blew up a z06 at the track?

Last gen Z06, ZR1, current Z28 and new Z06 are covered for track use.

GM sends the mad scientist to tear the engine down and replace the piston rings you just fried, for free.

A few months back I looked for paperwork that supported this claim (as I believe it to be true) and couldn't find any.

Do you know where GM put it in writing?

I have a feeling track use and track abuse will be commonly used terms here. Yes, you can use it on the track but if a failure is a result of abuse, then it won't be covered. Just my guess.

Di agree with brian. Something breaking while smoothly doing laps on an open track day is different then something breaking when you haul the car into the sand and beat the **** out of it trying to get out

Also will they eu cover the end result of the part failure or just the part that failed? Losing a suspension part or brake part at speed will end up more than likely killing the car

I will try to find the documentation, but both of the vice president of product development as well as the entire communication staff for Chevrolet performance has reiterated this time and time again.
