Curb rashed chrome wheel

Is there any way to fix this without taking it somewhere ? I know on polished aluminum you can sand them down . But I don't think the same applies to chrome lol

best bet is to buy a wheel or a pair, and then sell your wheel or pair. In the end you'll be out of pocket much less than having to send your wheel out for repair. Or even just buy another wheel and keep yours as a full size spare for any future flats.

I had a chrome/polished aluminum wheel repaired awhile ago. They smoothed out the damaged area and got as close as they could to chrome with a similar color paint. Not very noticeable from 10' away but when you got close there was a noticeable discoloration.

I thought I had pictures, I will try and locate them.
