3rd gear
So I was toolin' around this weekend in NY where I'm from...Basically just taking the turns and stuff, and well 3rd gear slips out...Now everytime I am in the sweet spot between acceling and decelling, it slips out of 3rd gear... Any suggestions as to what causes that?? Synchros?? What, I have no idea, all brainiacs post!
Thanks
Dave

Are you saying that the tranny "pops" out of third??? Most likely a bent shift fork. Pretty common problem though.

WOW, guess this was one I should have just asked my mechanic about, seems people are having trouble even having knowledge of transmission fluid, haha....Makes me feel so much better about myself
