1985 camaro 350. needs cam

1985 camaro. 10k miles on 350 shortblock, the heads are vortec and were just completely reworked. modified for .550 lift, new springs, retainers, 3 angle valve job, valve seals, and angle milled .050 to make the motor 10.2:1 static compression.

TCI streetfighter 3500 stall converter.

700r4 transmission with 10k miles since rebuild

Edelbrock performer RPM AIR GAP intake

Holley 670 street avenger carb

New flowtec headers with y pipe

Have flowmaster 3 inch exhaust to go with the car

Have subframe connectors to go with car.

Rear has mini spool and unknown gear ratio

Have Auburn posi, 3.73:1 gears, rear end rebuild kit, and superior evolution 28 spline axels to go with the car

Electric fan

Holley Electric fuel pump

Custom gauge panel with Autometer and sunpro white face gauges

B&M mega shifter

Current camshaft is a lunati streetmaster .507 lift 285 duration cam. car sounds absolutely nasty, but unfortunatly the #7 exhaust lobe went flat and the cam needs to be changed.

3'' harwood cowl hood

pics arent the best and really dont do anything justice. must see to appreciate. Motor is in the car, not on the stand like it was in the pics.

Lots and Lots of money invested in car. Asking $1900 obo

Has the engine been checked to ensure that it's good since the cam lobe was wiped?

I havnt pulled anything but the valve covers. It wasnt making any noises. It still runs, it just back fires when you give it any gas because the exhaust gasses dont have anywhere else to go in the number 7 cylinder, so they just come back up through the carb. I didnt even get a chance to lay into the pedal. Im certain that the motor is still good. Its pretty much brand new. I could still see the cross hatches in the bore when I had the heads off. The cam was only in it for 20 miles at most. I drove it one time.
