Talking Turbo LT1 gets faster

On a whim, went to Etown this past Saturday.

Full street trim, not sure on weight, but I assume 3400 area or more.

No burnout, and basically a idle punch lead to this.

Almost a second quicker than last years racewars and a couple MPH faster.

Gunning for Mr.Barney this year

Great pass! Any video from the run (or maybe I don't see it since I'm at work)? Any idea on the DA for Saturday? It was a nice cool day to make a pass.

Looks like it hovered around 20'. Not bad! What was the peak boost on the run? I bet the motor is getting broken in a bit too.

Peak was 16, but I think that was a spike from an overboost.
(stupid EBC is too sensitive)

When I roll into it on local highways it will hold at 10psi (wastegate), so I would say pass was done at 10#s

Porque?

Density and air temp def will affect IAT's and therefore my timing curve.

Air density is directly related to how efficient a turbo works, harder it works, the hotter IAT's are.

That being said, the intercooler is a temperature relative, its all proportional to how well it works. That, and on a 1320 pass, a intercooler is just a heatsink anyway. A2A wise.
