Not true.

Catalytic converters are a FEDERAL requirement. You can just get away with it in states that don't have emissions inspection.

NO inspections in fla. how will they know? only if a cop pulls you over ad looks under it. i lived there.i drove a camaro with LT's and thrush mufflers only. you can have a rail and just add headlights and turn signals and it would be legal. my brother is still down there. and his t/a dont have any. hasnt had any for years. im not arguing the fed facts. im just saying. no inspection in florida.
