!PICS! of the new rims, wheel gap ?....

got them from "funrudy" during the week. Thanks again BTW!

Quick pic of the old stockers!

And the new!!!

Now, a recent IM convo with "Tsar" forced comments that my car is a 4x4 so to speak. My wheel gap is less then 2" up front, and just under 3" in the rear. Aside from the biased, lower it anyways points of views, how bad does it really look to you all?

Personally I think its fine as is.

your achilles heel with the 3rd gen headlight motors is the 3 nylon "pucks" that go inside the back of the drive gear. They usually oval out, or crumble into dust, or both.

If your headlights were to go bad, "Topdown Solutions" offers a rebuild kit for like 40 bucks. I used it on my 91 when my headlight motor went bad. If you can find a good hardware store, buy 6 15/32 ball bearings (3 for each). Toss them in with some grease and never worry again.

When its time to rebuild them, they will keep trying to spin for a few more seconds even thought they are up or down all the way

Tim, I could see you going a bit lower, but not slammed. A 1" drop would be perfect. And, do the !side molding mod too.

Pro-Kit FTW!

Give me a higher quality picture of the car on the new wheels and I could give it a quick chop.

I've been ok so far aside from parts of 73.

Tim, those rims look 10 times better than the old ones. I like it a lot. I'd lower it still. Don't listen to Rob, he's a pussy.

Tsar, if you think his wheel gap was bad you should've seen mine. When I put the bullet rims on it was worse than his. A pro-kit fixed that though.

i got the same gap now, and i am gonna take 1/2 inch outta the rear. I got Eibachs on my car as it is, but 255/40/17's are about .4 inch smaller in Daimeter that my last tires. BTW it looks good!

Thanks
