I have been trying to find prgrams to reduce the size of this video but can't find any programs that do it to Quicktime movies. So in short 56K WARNING!

Taken off Rob's camera at atco 11/10/06....

I think it will sound good when the video resumes downloading, which has stopped at 11% right now
