best leather cleaner ?

Made the genius decision when I bought my silverado that it was ok to get the cocoa/dune interior (which is a light tannish color) seat... instead of the jet black (cause they had it on the lot)

fast forward 2 years... only my drivers seat is like 3 shades darker in dirt...

need to remedy this asap especially since i always toy with the idea of selling things...

I'm going to assume it will need something more but first try warm water on a microfiber. If it's still dirty, I like Lexol with a horse hair brush. Wipe clean, repeat as needed.
