EGR Valve Installation

how easy/hard would it be to install an EGR valve on my 01 v6 bird? the dealer just called me and said he wants $293.23 plus tax to order it and install it, the thing is i can get the EGR valve from autozone for $130, would i be able to do it in my driveway or do u need special **** to do it?

looks like i might not need a new one after all, i drove it home from millville (15 mins away) and then took the long way home and tested her out a lil and she didnt throw a code. needless to say i was pretty happy that might be another $100 in my pocket, the final test will be when i drive up to wayne and back on tuesday
