apparently you need to be a female, a minority, or have some handicap, because they are definately not hiring white males with a college degree in good physical condition I can guarantee that.

or military background. im looking to be a state trooper or local at least when i graduate. i hear that when it came down to two white males trying for the same position on the state level, one with 2 years military experience..and one with a B.A. in criminal justice and a masters they went with the military veteran.
