New best with the R1

First time running my bike at the track:

1st pass:
r/t: .367
60': 2.419
1/8: 8.202
mph: 95.75
1/4: 12.563
mph:101.15

first time ever running the bike. horrible launch, launched at like 3k and granny shifted.

2nd pass:
r/t: .429
60': 1.980
1/8: 7.266
mph: 106.71
1/4: 10.968
mph: 133.47

launched about 8300rpms. nice burnout. speed shifted

3rd pass:
r/t: .225
60': 2.077
1/8: 7.347
mph: 107.83
1/4: 11.023
mph: 133.72

launched about 8000rpms. nice burnout again. left off at end of track early.

first launch i tried to keep it under 120mph because i have no leather pants. other two i was just balls out because i was leaving soon. bike definately can get mid-low 9s with more practice.

Pirelli 190/50ZR17 Tire

Nice times! I would love to run mine! I don't have a clue about dragging a bike... I have to fix a coolant leak first though. Aiming to hit atco up in November.

it's so addictive lol. i know i can pull way better times, that was my first time with a bike ever. I didin't even lay on the tank, i was took concentrating on racing lol. Next time I go I'll definately be more prepared, let me know when you're going as well. I need to find a pair of leather pants at the mart to run 120+mph.

Check here for pants. I just got a sick deal on a new lid and some other things.

Ill take it to the track after I get my valves adjusted. Maybe sometime in November?

Oh I know, I've seen my fair share of fast bikes and I know how fast they can get up to....screw that noise....

I have no problem admitting that I'm too much of a bitch to get on a bike, lol
