Anyone ever use/hear about Sniper/Delta Force tuning software?

Its not that good from what I've heard but haven't seen it myself to make a judgement, from the info I have they are ex SCT guys...we've had a few sniper customers switch over to our ford/gm stuff so I would say most of them were likely unhappy with it.
