speedometer restoration

I am looking for shops or leads for a speedometer restoration shop.

(general game plan) tribute 9C1 (GM police code) cop car vibe for 83 Caprice with proper cop car gauges, HD components, hub caps, etc.

few months ago I found an ultra rare early 80s period correct 125MPH speedo. (Later 80s more common 9C1 125MPH speedos are a different face/font, despte being direct fits).

It is in amazing shape, its just that the needle is broken off (have the needle), and someone screwed with the odometer which needs some love as well. Also looking to have the odometer changed to reflect current mileage in my actual car.

Who has worked with any shops that perform these tasks? Would prefer local based, but will mail out if need be...
