My boatercycle build

Welp, since my original thread years ago my 08 RXTX has undergone some hidden changes.

Originally 255 hp and 70.1 mph, she now has a bunch more - somewhere north of 300. I'm still on the factory 1.5L block (forged) and supercharger. Head gasket and intercooler leaked a bit so it started a spiral (350 hours on the engine). I also finally got stopped by the cops for no annual registration sticker so I had to put that hideous thing on.

Original - 74.6 mph:
Gutted/shortened waterbox (muffler) with 3" thru hull exhaust
4" Kanaflex Intake with !flame arrestor
8400 rpm tune
1" exhaust manifold spacer
Speedreeks steering mount
Fiberglassed in OPAS blockoffs (off power assisted steering flaps held up by water pressure).
Sealed ride plate holes
R&D intake grate
Re-pitched prop

New - untested fully but should be flirting with 80mph:
Ported head (and painted valvecover)
Lightweight valves, springs, retainers
New MOTA intercooler (all copper/nickel/brass insides and diecast aluminum exterior)
New style OPAS blockoffs
Re-pitched prop
8800 rpm tune (in 2 weeks)

I've only been about 55MPH on a jet ski and it felt pretty damn fast. Adding another 25 would make me see plaid. I'd do it though....

I don't have new video, it used to sound a bit cammy at idle,
but now it's smooth as butter with the headwork.
I'll have to grab some this weekend.

Probably a reflash like me, but on an S3/T3 hull. I could gain some more mph if I wasn't setup for rough water, but I ride way too far for that.
