more interesting stuff in my car

hey gang,
i finally got around to taking my console(already permanently removed) apart today. i pulled the clock out(it actually still works) to find that it still had the quality control inspection sticker on it dated 9-17-82.
i think i am gonna repolish teh lense and convert it into a little desk clock
the lettering and hands are still perfect, looks like it is one fo teh few things teh previous owner never ghetto'ed to death. lol

later

Nope, my brakes have been done for months now. Whole car runs great too but I was tired of the steering slop so I'm doing something about it.
I have a quick ratio 2.25 turn box ready to bolt in and I'm almost done fabing together a double needle bearing universal jointed steering shaft THAT collapses like stock AND has a rubber vibration damper that's 100 times better than the scrappy rag-joint.
My car is a street brawler, not a straight line rocket that isn't daily driven .
