Speaker question

For the monsoon system the middle speakers right behind the driver seat are they strictly used for just bass, because i am not getting any music out of them just bass. They were on there way out and sounded like crap so i bought a pair of speakers to replace them and still no music just bass. Is it supposed to be like this or do i have something wrong?

there are crossovers built into the audio system that allow only lows to hit those speakers.

Easy fix it to run new wires straight to the headunit

Very simple to get the mid speakers to work..hook the up to the back speakers its easier to do and they sound great. i would def say change out your stock radio..it will sound better all in all.

not the stock 6 1/2 the after market on. the stock ones are all bass they have no tweeter for mid range, the back 4 speakers are actually powered by the same two channels with a cross over built in for the ones in the middle,
