CD holder mods

I have a 94 camaro and was looking to do something with the cd holder.
Right now I have a plate which houses two gauges but was looking for some ideas to make it look nicer. Any one do any modifications here?

Just did the same thing with mine today. Sorry to hijack, but how did you secure the plate so it stays up?

There are no fasteners, it's a tight fit.

i have the same thing in mine. i painted the console along with most of the black in the car with dupli color vinyl and fabric paint. that way all of the black is uniform and it looks like it was always there. if anything, i would cut the bottom down a little so you have room for bs in there but thats up to you. some switches or led indicators would look good. maybe even a vinyl that said camaro or chevy or a bowtie.
