Cleaning Injectors?

I have a set of used injectors still in the car that I want to clean or get cleaned. They are stock 305tpi which should be 19lb/hr. Only have 62k miles. The car has sat a while and runs rough so i figure it can't hurt to clean them. Is there an easy diy method like just soaking them in cleaner or is sending them out the only real way. The rough running condition is most likely vacuum leak issues so injector cleaning is just a precautionary measure. I have no desire or need for brand new injectors.
