GM Nats Next weekend

Anyone planning on going to it? Cant decide if I want to venture out there or not..

A lot of the Camaros will be at the Camaro Nats in Frederick, MD. I will be in MD

I was on Carlisle site and they are having Camaros at Carlisle this year during the GM Nats..

It's a whole thing. But the primary Camaro show was always run by the ACA (American Camaro Association) and existed prior to the "gm nats". there was some kind of pissing battle and the ACA moved their event. A large proportion of the Camaros appear to be going to MD. I’m sure both sides have their reasons, right or wrong, but it is what it is.

Carlisle is of course still advertising Camaros but it seems attendance is weak since they are suddenly offering cash prizes for the car show. That is a bad sign. Last year the Camaros outnumbered the rest of the field so they need Camaros to come.

If I had the choice again, I would have gone to the Maryland one. The GM Nationals @ Carlisle were a disappointment this year.

MD show was good. More camaros than carlisle had cars. New zl1 was there. Al should have gone his hero the "fbodfather' was there too. Vendors packed up and left pa and came to the md show. The maryland camaro club is really the best camaro club around.

No. the camaro nats are a onetime deal at that location. They have a variety of events there. Google frederick fairgrounds
