update

battery had more then enough volts on cold start... wires were tight... have spark to the coil... im going to check the fuel pressure tomorrow.... my one friend said it might be considering throttle affected it- i'd lean towards a prob with the TPS or Map sensor but both of those are new

tell us what your fuel pressure is when it primes and when you crank it.

...and how fast does the pressure drop off when you shut off the engine?

It should hold 10+ psi at the gauge following shutdown, stuck-open injector(s) will drop it to zero as soon as the engine stops and the fuel pump is killed.

Yeah a 2 year old TPS from where?

I'd start simple. Change the fuel filter first off.

Next step would be a fuel pressure gauge. Make sure your getting adequate pressure on the rail without it cranking. About 2 seconds after the key is turned on the rail should be primed and up to pressure. If its not I'd start looking at a stuck injector, faulty fuel pressure regulator, or bad fuel pump (doubtful on that one).

Easiest way to check for stuck injector is to start pulling spark plugs when it wont start. One of em is gonna be fouled if thats it.
