nobee here, store or park car in New Brunswick?

Hey, I'm new to the forum, but soon I will be back home living in New Brunswick. Currently I'm stationed in N.C, I am a U.S. Marine. My question is for you guys that live around that area, is do you store your F-body or feel it's safe enough to leave it un-attended? I will be on Jones st, about a 10 min walk from campus. I'm considering a storage place but 180 a month is kind of pricy. What do you think?

hey guy, i go to school at rutgers and if i were you i wouldn't leave it unattended. if storing becomes too pricey, find a way to push it far into the driveway/yard. simply covering it will only make thieves suspicious of whats underneath. i'm not too fond of leaving my car on campus as both my cars have been hit on campus and i know of a couple cars being broken into on campus. its a tough decision. let me know if you have any questions or if you need me to occasionally go check up on the car. i still have 2 years left at this school after this semester

If you can and absolutely run out of ALL options, find a way to park it at Cook campus, even if you have to take a bus there, I regularly go there on weekends from Rider with my Formy and have no problems (knock on wood). Good luck.

EDIT: nevermind I just saw that you're merely living near campus, no going to school there (correct?). If that's the case then I got nothing, oops.

find a place to store it. It would be worth my piece of mind. I lived in an off campus house that luckily had a garage.
