97 LT1 no start

Ran the TA the other day for 10 minutes bc hasnt been out in a while. started up fine, i came back to the car and it was idling high, smelled like raw fuel, tapped the gas pedal and it died, will not restart now. im thinking the ICM **** the bed?

yeaaaaaaaa. i work from dark to dark and its not kept at my house. gonna investigate tmrw, just brain storming while bored at work lol

finally threw some codes.
P0118 - replaced coolant temp sensor and getting a good reading now
P1351 - ignition control circuit voltage high - still present after replacing ICM.

sometimes it starts fine, others it huffs n puffs, cold / hot makes no diff
