If you dont wanna list it, no big deal since its not in a door car, but we finally got my dragster project running, and running well at that, so i wanted to share. Here's the best slip so far, from Sunday 9/27 at Island.
r/t: .001
60': 1.150
330: 3.304
660: 5.153
660mph: 132.44
1000: 6.776
1/4: 8.173
mph: 160.12
my last run of the day had the best 60', but we were playin around with various things so the time didnt match. 60' was 1.138, et 8.209, 157.54. I'll be back out again this saturday and hopefully sunday at island. feel free to come up and chat with the chick in the purple powder-coated dragster (un-painted body)

Well we froze our asses off last nite at Atco, and barely made any passes since people kept breaking and all the gamblers, but here is what I did. Yes I drove my own car this time.
60 ft- 1.90
1/4- 12.53
mph- 110.62

It felt slow, and I thought I ran another bad pass especially when I hit the rev limiter on the 3-4. Oh well, I guess it wasnt that bad.

i have headers and a the hooker cat back...i have a cutout where the cat used to be...
i have one of those honey comb edelbrock air cleaners that i take the air filter off when i run...
i just had the orginal carb tuned up by a local guy and he suggested a carb spacer..so i squeezed a 1inch alumium carb spacer..i also changed the secondary metering rods and hanger
so with headers and exhaust...carb spacer and no air cleaner...hurst short shifter, dual friction clutch, lakewood traction bars, and stock 3.73 gears with posi...i can get the car running those speeds...
i call it a stock 305 because from manifold to pan the motor has never been touched...

that car is gone now though, it was a cool project, but it was a build it, run it, sell it kinda thing. it was slow, started off in the 17s i think with a 305, and then that changed, i made it fast, now im done with it, time to work on something else.
EDIT: 78 firebird.....th350
