Anyone do OBDII Scanning??

Mabey you can help me out... My dad got a scanner from work and we scanned my car... The scanners name is Mastertech Betronix... I have a 95 Z28... this is the code that came up
#29 Air Circuit
When i looked it up online I found this....

29- Secondary air injection pump circuit voltage was wrong for 26 seconds.
Does anybody know what this means?
