Dash turn signal bulb?

Last week my left hand blinker dash bulb stopped working. Externally, all turn signals work well. The right dash light works fine. The car is an '86 IROC. Is there something simple like a fuse or relay I can check before having to replace the bulb?

I think the entire cluster is on the same fuse, so if just one is out, I would swap the bulb as a first step.

He's talking about the bulb that's in the dash, not one of the external blinkers.
