Thumbs up Running, complete 350 SBC for sale

I'm building a new engine for my Z28 so I'm selling the SBC engine that is in my car right now.

This engine came with my car. It was a greasy, oily mess but otherwise ran well. So I pulled it out and cleaned it up, new gaskets, etc, about 8000 miles/4 years ago. I did not take the internals apart. Where it says new means new as of when I cleaned it up. Where it says assumed it means just that, I am making partially educated guesses! There is no guarantee on the engine or the 'assumed' parts in it.

**it does not smoke or use much if any oil at all from what I’ve seen
**it never runs hot
**the car runs well
**The bonus is you can come hear it run & go for a ride before I pull it out. A deposit holds it. It should be removed by the end of November.

$700 includes the long block assembly:

Block: Gen I/2 pc main seal 350 4-bolt main. Assume it has been machined, likely the common .030 over but I have no idea. It is also a desirable "010" high nickel content block. No VIN on block.
Casting Number 3970010
3970010....350...69-80...2 or 4 (from mortec, this one is a 4 bolt main)
(pre-paint)
I believe the J 16 6 date code = Oct 16 1976 or 1986?

Heads: 333882 cast iron
333882.....74-80...350/400......76cc chambers (from mortec)
Under the valve covers, nice & clean:

Crank: unknown, assume OE cast
Rods: unknown, assume stock
Pistons: unknown, I assume they are standard rebuild flat tops
Cam: unknown, based on the way it runs it is a somewhat bigger than stock, not a lot
Lifters: assume flat tappet
Timing chain: new edelbrock double roller
New gaskets/seals: 1 pc fel-pro oil pan gasket, timing cover, main seal, crank snub seal, dist gasket, vc gaskets
Valve covers: I have a set of cheap chromies if you want them. the ones on it now are not for sale.
Oil pan: stock, LH dipstick, also stock
Balancer: stock
Fuel Pump: new Carter OE replacement.

Extras:

*If you want the Edlebrock RPM intake $150 extra. I need it, so same $$ a new one, but then you don’t needs bolts or gaskets.
*If you want the Holley 600 4bbl vac sec carb $150 extra. Fresh rebuilt, all the good blue gaskets, quick change secondary spring kit, choke may need new pull off coil. Includes chrome hard fuel line.

*If you want the new reverse rotation water pump - $25 extra- (lookup=1990 IROC 5.7L)
*If you want the new delco flywheel $50 extra

So you can basically have it carb to pan for around $1000.

No shipping but I can deliver within a reasonable distance for gas & tolls.

**most stainless bolts on engine will be replaced with clean & painted OE style hardware. Front accessories, t-stat & housing, ignition system, all senders, lift brackets, motor mounts/shells, headers and starter not included.

I think it depends on the lower intake which I think could be changed easily. You'll have to research it
