I do them without even loosening the dash. Take the dash pad off, pull off the lower covers. Go to town with a 1/4 drive ratchet and inginuity. Gets a little tight on your wrists but do able.

Does get tight doesn't it? Surprising how sharp plastic is too LOL.

I presume the roofs are leaking again? Have you narrowed down where the water is coming in further?
