Welding?

Anyone know where I can go to get quick and relativly cheap welding done. I have a cutout thatis being held in by band clamps, but there is leakage so I was gonna try and find a cheap place that can weld it on kinda quick... Oh, maybe in the Mid/South jersey area if you can

Also, how much might this cost? Thanks in advance!!

If I had a welder, I'd do it for free, but I dont, so I cant.

right, well with my geinus ideas and not wanting to weld it, something fell apart today and the cutout draged and I had to remove it. Now I am just running a nice huge open gap til I hit up Penn Mufflers tommorow. I have to admit, it sounds badass though!
