2013 Malibu

I'm sure you've seen pics posted or at the car show but we got our first '13 here at work....let me tell you....GM hit a homerun with this car. The rear lamps are a bit hard to get used to but the rest of the car is sharp. The interior is really, REALLY nice. The thing drives really nice too.

OK, carry on with your regularly scheduled programming.

LOL! If it was really Al posting this would have been a 5000 character write up filled with photos, customer testimonials and one on one interviews with GM execs....

I completely agree...love the 2 tone 'baseball mit' type interior color when equipped too. The rear tails are the only thing they could have done better....kinda looks like the designers got to the rear quarters and just said '*** it'

Anything is better then a Cruz. We have a rental Cruz for work and the seats feel like they are made of Cardboard..

The three of you are on various levels of drugs.
Steering wheel is huge? No, you just have small hands, or just flat out retarded.

I like the look of the car. Wish they passed on the chintzy looking wood trim though. One aspect I found to be incredibly disappointing was the eAssist MPGs. I was hoping for more than what I read it would be making. Any word on a full on hybrid?

I agree, the interior is very cluttered. My cobalt has more room up front

The new one rides on a wider platform, so it offers a hell of a lot more shoulder room. Problem is they cut the wheel base down, so the back seats aren't as roomy. They aren't horrible by any stretch, just not as much leg room.

Your opinion on car roominess is invalid when you are known as the fidget

All I am saying is that the Cruz that we rented the seats felt like cardboard. Not what I was exspecting from a 2012 car especially a chevy.. we rented a 2010 Malibu in Utah 2 years ago and loved it. The interior was a 2 tone and very cozy with lots of room.

Probably but still they were the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in. My 88 Cavy had more comfortable seats..

Only difference betweet the two are the material over the foam. You must have some nice cardboard.
