LT1 OWNERS PLS HELP

whats temperature does your car run at. the reason i'm asking is because a friend has a stock 94 LT1 corvette and on the way back from the atlantic city area it ran at 210-215 then when he was around town it went to up to 230-235. the fan came on at 230. is it normal for lt1's to run that high?

Mine runs 180 ish at hot idle, with the 160* thermo.

Have your friend get teh tune, and new thermo.

Most certainly is normal. Low fan kick on is like 224, high fan kick on is like 232 or there abouts. I didn't like this very much so I changed those settings and threw in a 160 stat.
