New Camaro in Most Dealer Lots Today

I work for an ad agency with a lot of dealership clients and today (thursday) is the day that most of the chevy dealers in northern NJ will be getting their first camaros in.

Im headin to one tomorrow to (hopefully) take a test drive!

Wednesday Kevil(guy was an ass)had a Black one, Ayers had a red one. Schumacher had a red one today. All V6 models. The only SS' were pre ordered an unable to sit it. Although I did get to check out the inside of a SS that was loaded to the gills because I know the salesman. Orange w/black stripes and black/orange interior with every option except the body kit. Sticker was $43k because of the $4300 wheel option!!

I've been tracking these things.

Saw a yellow v6 tuesday, turned out to be the local dealer (Elkins) on wednesday. They added rally stripes to it for wednesday, because it didn't have them tuesday.

Then yesterday I saw an orange SS in orange, without the RS package, but the wheels were awesome, they were the bigger size (20 inch?) with the inside of the spokes painted black. I gotta say, I never would've even considered orange before I saw that car (not that I could even afford one anyway.)

I have a picture of that yellow one on tuesday, and on wednesday. And i got pictures of the orange one all on my phone, from a distance, not good quality. I didn't think much of the new Camaro until I saw it in person, it is soooo friggen cool.

I went to classic chevy and lucas chevy but neither had one on the lot. The guy at classic said their getting one tomorrow though.

Kevil marked up theirs $5k and they had a yellow and silver ss they said they were sold. Funny how the silver one is on ebay. That salesman was a dick, "you have to put $2k down and its a 6 month wait". I went to my guy he said $500 down 10 week wait.
