Another Turn Signal Need Help Thread

ya my turn signals are not working both ways, but my hazards are. I just checked the voltage in the fuses and they are fine. The wires in the lever don't seem corroded, for god sakes the car only has 55k on it lol. So right now I'm checking the flasher unit, hopefully that's it. In the mean time any advice?

/thread

I fixed the problem. It was the flasher relay luckily. I like how GM didn't want to put the flasher in the middle and tucked it away to the right.

good job. Four way flashers, and turn signals use two seperate flashing units and that normalls throws people off.

First thing I thought of when I read the first post was the turn signal flasher. Glad it was fixed and appreciate you coming back to the thread to say what corrected the issue.

ya I'm glad to. I always think of the worst possible scenario, for some reason, whenever fixing a problem. I was fearing that I would have to go into the steering harness lol that would suck
