How's everybody doing?
My names Dave I'm located in Sicklerville, NJ(where RT 42 meets AC Expressway). I have been into american muscle my whole life. My first was a 1991 Firebird V-6 Auto back in 2004 and since then I moved up to my 1995 Trans Am LT1 350 6-speed(purchased in 2006 and rebuilt motor/trans in 2009) basically stock except for audio and cat-back exhaust. Found this site browsing and it's nice to see other avid f-body owners and fans out there.
There is a lot I want to do to my baby but the first thing is headers. Does anyone have suggestions? I am pretty tight on my budget but refuse to settle for crap just to save a buck. Id rather wait to pull in some extra money for a product thats worth it. I have heard a lot of good things about the Pacesetter coated longtubes but I just don't know where to begin. My priorities for the headers/exahust work are 1 performance and 2 loudness. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

welcome
lpp stainless longtubes + stainless y-pipe, much nicer than pacesetters that seem to rust out in a year and reasonably priced! http://lpparts.com/store/page6.html most common fitment issue is the one primary catches the passenger side k member. little grinding and wala!
that or you could grab some ebay knock off stainless headers. they seem to be pretty good for the price. some run into fitment issues though.

Nice to see a lot of south jersey people. Especially the ones as close as washington township and williamstown. Thanks for the advice on the headers i'll definitely check the lpp's.
Are there any small local gathers for those of us down here? I am going to try and make it to the one in Wall in May but I am not sure yet. If there are any get-togethers say at fudruckers or anything like that I would definitely be there.
you guys can find me on facebook David Miller zip 08081 and Aim GreenPhoenixLT1.
I need friends lmao. Between two tours in Iraq and getting married and having a kid I lost contact with all my old friends and definitely need new ones haha. That may sound pathetic but is true. Any excuse to get out of the house works for me. Let me know if anyone wants to set anything up for a weekend meet.

Welcome to the club!
Check the South Jersey Forum for local gatherings, and the Events forums at the top of the site for more stuff going on all over the state.
Also, what branch of the armed forces did / do you serve in?
