New to NJFOA

Hey guys, I'm new to the site. I have a 1990 Camaro RS. It's been off the road for almost 2 years now. But as of next week, I am going to start driving it again. I fishtailed into a curb in horrible rain and messed alot of things up. I fixed all the damage myself and she is now sea worthy. I was hoping to get to know all the locals and hopefully go to some meets. I live in Jackon.

haha, thank you for all the responses, keep them coming. I don't know any 3rd gen lovers haha. All my friends are into the 4th gen. But, the pictures are from 3 years ago when I first bought it. Interesting story actually...the guy who I bought it from was a fisherman, you can see all the stickers all over, 2 of them were fishing license stickers. But there is a tow hitch on the back! Which is perfect for me because I ride dirt bikes, and I can still get my bike to the track. The guy used to dock his boat with the Camaro. haha. But when I bought the car, she sat on 4 flats, and didn't run. but for $1,200 I couldn't go wrong. So the pictures are from a week after I got it. I filled up the tires, but they went flat again.

and the engine is a 3.1L ...1990 was the first year they changed it to a 3.1L ..also, the dash and console are different too...IMO I think it looks better than the 80s.

the 3.1 is a tad better too, 140hp as opposed to the 120hp from the 2.8.

2.8 was rated @ 135hp in the Camaro.
