TransAm4Life
No need to change my name, but I finally hunkered down and purchased a car to replace my crushed Z28! Just finished the sale of a gorgeous 1995 Pontiac Trans Am from WildBillyT today!
The previous deal I was working on for a roller Camaro fell through the owner wouldn't budge on the price and it was proving impossible to get all the puzzle pieces together to a central location. So instead I went with a fully functional running car that I should have in my possession soon! Unfortunately I'm still in Afghanistan and won't be back on the east coast until February at the earliest. I'll be doing some training in Maryland in late February/March so i'll be able to have a car to use! The game plan is to start parting out the Camaro, and swapping bits & pieces into the Trans Am, eventually culminating with the swap of my 355 Heads & Cam motor, suspension & transmission!
Looking forward to getting back into the game!

Jim's puling the motor/trans next weekend at my house in Hawthorne. the Rents won't allow two F-bodies in the driveway.
