never used lava. maybe ill try it.

I have a nice hard bristle brush that I just use with soap that seems to get the dirt off well in the shower

I also use the gritty girl cleaner I bought from CTW Paul . Its my go-to hand cleaner for the heavy duty stuff. After that I follow it up with Lava soap.

Other option and easy to find is Suave daily clarifying shampoo and a nail brush. Stuff works miracles.

Pro soap is great too. It'll feel like you're using Gojo over your arms but it is much nicer on your skin
