Thumbs up side molding delete

ripped it off... really defines the fender vents without it used a heat gun and goo gone and it took maybe a half hour

Much better ::golf clap::

The molding on the LS1 was discoloring and looked ugly, so that was one of the first things i did to it.

All you need to know is that it looks much better without the molding. Free mod and its well worth it. Seems Camaro's benefit more from the mod than the TA's.

Nice work. It was one of the first things I did to my car, and I think it made a huge difference. Looks even better on the birds.

just out of curiosity what is the best way to go about this? ive heard of fishing line, blow dryer etc.

i used a heat gun, fishing line and goo gone

first i heated i up with the heat gun, the slid the fishing line thru removing the molding. then i used the heat gun to heat up the remaing tape and peeled it off with my fingers, then i used the goo gone to clean up the rest and the old dried wax and dirt.
