Exclamation Riverfront camaro show!

Attention fellow Camaro/Firebird owners:

On Sunday, June 1st (rain date: June 8th), the Delaware Valley Camaro Club will host its 10th anniversary “Riverfront Camaro Show” at the Shipyard Shops on the Wilmington Riverfront. The “Riverfront Camaro Show” is an auto show dedicated exclusively to the Chevrolet Camaro and its brother, the Pontiac Firebird. The event is open to all years Camaros and Firebirds including stock, modified, pro street, race cars and even daily drivers. For more details, please reference the show flyer and pre-registration form that is attached to this e-mail.

In the 10th year of our show, we are introducing a new “Prestige” class which will be celebrating Camaros/Firebirds that are kept to factory original specifications and in a high level condition. This class will be available to pre-registered 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation Camaros/Firebirds only and will be limited to 12 spots. Registration fee will be $30 for the “Prestige” class and participants must be pre-registered and selected prior to the day of the show. Judging in this class will be based on originality, factory correctness and overall presentation. The top three winners will be featured in Chevy Classics Magazine with a 2 page article for each, and the 1st place winner will have their car featured on the cover. To submit your Camaro/Firebird for consideration to enter, send at least 6 high resolution photos (2 engine, 1 three-quarter front, 1 three-quarter rear, 1 interior and 1 of the trim tag/Service Parts Identification sticker) along with a short description of your Camaro/Firebird to the following e-mail address: dvrcc@hotmail.com

The Delaware Valley Camaro Club is a nationally recognized club and a member of the American Camaro Association, the Worldwide Camaro Club and the Association of Chevrolet Enthusiasts. Our membership is comprised mainly of residents from the eastern-Pennsylvania, southern-New Jersey, Delaware and northern-Maryland areas. We have all types of Camaros, ranging from original stock to modified and daily drivers to top-of-the-line show cars. We have a very active club and participate in all types of car shows and cruises year round. Our club organizes the annual "Riverfront Camaro Show" which is held each year on the first Sunday in June on the Wilmington riverfront. In 2013, over 130 Camaros attended our show. Proceeds from the "Riverfront Camaro Show" go to the following 5 charities: 1. South Jersey Camaro Scholarship Fund at Cumberland County College in Vineland, NJ 2. Faithful Friends animal rescue in Wilmington, DE 3. Sojourners Place (homeless shelter) in Wilmington, DE 4. Emmanuel Dining Room (homeless soup kitchen) in Wilmington, DE 5. Andy's Friends (cat rescue) in Wilmington, DE.
