TBI idle adjustment

Quick TBI question, yesterday I put on a throttlebody spacer and it jacked up my idle to around 1500 RPM. Haven't gone crazy troubleshooting yet but I couldn't find any vacuum leaks and the throttle cable isn't binding. So anyway I was wondering if this is common and how to adjust the idle on the car. My fuel regulator is also suspect with 210,000 miles on it. What do you guys think? Should I just rebuild the whole T/B?

are all 4 wires on your IAC connected tight. I know I broke my connector once and that shot my idle right up to 1500 rpms.

I'm guessing it is a vacumm leak, but thought I would ask. I'll keep looking for a line.
