1 cat or 2

I need to get my car thru inspection. I have pacesetter LT into an off road y pipe. Question is i wana run high flow cats. Is it better to run two on the y pipe or one single after the y?

I run two Magnaflow bullet cats on my 3" Y. Passed with flying colors. Two seperate are better for performance as there is less of a bottleneck.

Just to clarify, just having cats will not guarantee you passing, nor will actually passing the sniff test.

Any long tube setup is an failure.
