The brake pedal/push button thing is where im getting lost.

once on the 2 step, you have to release the brake and the button at the same time? or is the holley some how smart enough to keep brake pressure(like a line lock)as long as the 2 step button it self is held?

No, the brake switch and switch on steering wheel are in series.

So both need to be held to activate 2 step, but either of them will turn off the 2 step.

Its quicker to come off the switch than off the pedal, but a switch alone could be dangerous if I smack it versus scramble boost one.

so when you go to launch the car, you will be releasing the brake pedal and the 2 step momentary at the same time?

They are wired in series, so releasing either one makes 2 step off.

ya i got that. So when you launch, you have to release both at the same time pretty much?

No, releasing either breaks the circuit and the 2 step is off.

You only need both to turn it on.

Took car out today to verify fan function, that was a success. Fans are not nearly as loud of they were with the on\off and no voltage drop either. Pretty happy with it so far, need to clean up wiring and add in circuit breaker for fan power. Then tweak settings, still unsure what I should be shooting for temp wise based on a 160* thermo.

Rear end seems to have settled a little.

Nice.

Now trim the tailpipe before you trip on it.

Poor crimps and tautness.

When we were doing the exhaust I was looking at it and it began to bother me. There is also a burnt section where it must have drooped down onto the catback when I had that SLP LM1 on. If the motor pops on dyno that's one thing, but if something stupid fails and causes the session to end, that's something I want to avoid.

Should not have reread my original thread about the struggles I had dyno'ing it the first couple times.

Ahh ok. I figured it had to be something along those lines. Def best to avoid the stupid things that can pop up.

Old stuff out, pretty sure its all CCA so took a weight hit but such is life

These are the problem areas I was worried about

But did manage to get a nice terminal block to get all the hot leads off the shut off switch

Few less things to potentially go wrong. I hope.
