are these wheel sizes interchangable?

i used tirerack.com as my referance.... i searched for rims for the cavy and cam up with the first size..... then searched for wat the rims im looking at are, and thats the second size.... any chance? lol

Offset: 40mm

Backspacing: 5.86"
Bolt Pattern: 5-114
Rec. Tire Size:235/45-17

and

Offset: 38mm

Backspacing: 5.51"
Bolt Pattern: 5-100
Rec. Tire Size:215/45-17

They have a different bolt pattern. They will not interchange.
