Question on brake pads

How long do they usually last before they require changing? Will I get some kind of warning (besides not being able to stop)? Thanks!

Depends. Anywhere from 5k to 75k. Normally you get a squaling noise. Sometimes not. Not much help, huh? Pull a wheel and look.

Feather-light suspension, Konis just couldn't hold. I'm so glad I took a look inside your showroom doors.

My 96 the back pads wore out before the fronts.. Last about 45K and the fronts were original when I sold the car with 60K on it.

Should be a clip that makes a noise when you 3/4's down on the pad. Only way to tell for sure is to pull the wheels.
