***September Meet recap
It's really too bad more people couldn't turn out. We had a really good time. Weather was cool but otherwise fine. We met up at Camp Evans and then took a 45 minute cruise past the beach and on lots of back roads. We got to the cruise night and the Blue Moon Kruisers knew we were coming. They got spies! Seems some of them are members and saw one of the recent emails. They rolled out the red carpet for us. They let all of us park right up front, even those pesky late models. They were very excited about us coming. We ended up giving the Blue Moon Kruisers $130 for their charities. So thanks to all that donated. It must have been the day as it was the slowest BMK cruise night I ever saw. So I took some minor solace in our weak turnout that maybe it was just a bad day. But what was great was I talked to a number of people about the club and what we do. I had a few people ask me about the Circus Meet. And was pleasantly surprised that some of the folks were members. Just shows the forum is just a part of the club. It was good to hear.
After all was said and done we had a good cruise, a good time at the cruise night, and did some good. Next year mark your calendars.
***Forum Changes Coming!
Also look for some forum changes this month that focus light on the cars we love. New forums like Members Rides, Member Projects and Automotive Multimedia. Also look for updates in the tech section as well. Very exciting times leading into 2012!

Island Dragway and Applebees in Hacketstown
What a great way to spend a nice fall day. A few hours at the track then settle in for good food, drink and friends at the local Applebees, which has plenty of parking, even for trailers! You can race, or just watch or whatever you want to do! We will be meeting at Applebees rain or shine.

This summer stunk. Too much heat or rain. Since the August meet was a washout, let's try this again. Steak! As with all off season meets, there is no rain date for this.
